Vaddio 999-21100-000 IntelliSHOT Auto-Tracking USB/HDMI/IP Streaming Camera with 30x Zoom – Black

The Vaddio 999-21100-000 IntelliSHOT Auto-Tracking Camera is a professional video solution designed for conference rooms, classrooms, training spaces, lecture capture, and BYOD collaboration environments. Featuring intelligent auto-tracking, a 1/2.5" CMOS image sensor, powerful 30x optical zoom, 70.2° wide field of view, and up to 1080p30 resolution, IntelliSHOT makes it easier to capture presenters and speakers without requiring a dedicated camera operator.

With simultaneous HDMI, USB, and IP streaming outputs, PoE+ support, and convenient IR remote control, the IntelliSHOT provides the flexibility needed for conferencing, recording, streaming, and local video applications from a single professional camera.

Intelligent Auto-Tracking

The IntelliSHOT's auto-tracking technology is designed to automatically follow and frame presenters as they move around the room.

Instead of requiring an operator to continuously adjust the camera, IntelliSHOT can maintain coverage of a moving speaker, making it especially useful for:

• Classroom instruction
• Corporate presentations
• Training sessions
• Lecture capture
• Hybrid meetings
• Remote learning
• Presenter-led events

Automated tracking helps create a more engaging experience for remote participants while simplifying camera operation.

1/2.5" CMOS Image Sensor

The IntelliSHOT incorporates a professional-grade 1/2.5" CMOS image sensor designed to deliver detailed video for conferencing, education, and presentation environments.

Its imaging system provides the foundation for clear capture of presenters, meeting participants, and instructional content throughout the room.

Powerful 30x Optical Zoom

A 30x optical zoom lens gives IntelliSHOT the reach required to capture subjects from across a room while maintaining image detail.

The extended zoom range allows the camera to transition from broad room coverage to close-up views of:

• Presenters
• Professors
• Students
• Speakers
• Demonstrations
• Presentation areas

This flexibility makes the camera suitable for spaces where the camera may need to be installed farther away from the primary subject.

70.2° Wide Field of View

At its widest setting, IntelliSHOT provides a 70.2° field of view, allowing the camera to capture a substantial portion of a classroom, conference room, or training space.

Combined with its 30x optical zoom, the camera provides the flexibility to handle both wide room views and tightly framed presenter shots.

Full HD 1080p30 Video

The IntelliSHOT supports video resolutions up to 1080p30, providing Full HD image quality for professional communication and content capture.

Full HD video makes the camera suitable for:

• Video conferencing
• Lecture capture
• Online education
• Training
• Recording
• Live streaming
• Corporate communications

Simultaneous HDMI, USB & IP Streaming

IntelliSHOT can provide HDMI, USB, and IP streaming outputs simultaneously, allowing a single camera to support multiple AV workflows.

For example, the system can provide:

• HDMI video to a local display
• USB video to a conferencing computer
• IP video for network streaming

This multi-output design gives integrators greater flexibility when building conferencing, education, and presentation systems.

USB Conferencing Integration

USB connectivity allows IntelliSHOT to integrate with compatible computer-based conferencing and recording applications.

The camera can serve as the professional room video source for platforms and workflows such as:

• Microsoft Teams
• Zoom
• Google Meet
• PC-based recording
• Remote collaboration
• Hybrid learning

This makes IntelliSHOT particularly useful in Bring-Your-Own-Device environments where users want professional room-camera performance with familiar software-based conferencing tools.

HDMI Local Video Output

The HDMI output can be connected to a compatible local display, recorder, switcher, or other AV equipment.

In classroom and presentation environments, a connected display can also provide a convenient view of the camera's video feed for local monitoring.

IP Streaming

Integrated IP streaming allows IntelliSHOT video to be distributed through compatible network-based workflows.

Combined with HDMI and USB connectivity, network streaming expands the camera's usefulness beyond traditional conferencing and allows it to support more sophisticated professional AV applications.

PoE+ Support

Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) helps simplify camera installation by allowing compatible network infrastructure to provide power over the Ethernet connection.

This can reduce the number of separate cables and power connections required at the camera location, helping create a cleaner installed AV system.

IR Remote Control

The included IR remote control provides convenient local access to camera functions.

Users can operate the camera without requiring a separate hardware control system, helping simplify everyday operation in classrooms, conference rooms, and training environments.

Designed for Small to Medium Spaces

The IntelliSHOT is recommended for small to medium-sized rooms, where its combination of wide-angle coverage, powerful optical zoom, and automated tracking can provide flexible presenter capture.

Typical installations include:

• Conference rooms
• Classrooms
• Training rooms
• Collaboration spaces
• Lecture rooms
• Presentation environments

Professional Black Finish

The 999-21100-000 features a black finish, providing a discreet, professional appearance that integrates easily into conference rooms, classrooms, and other commercial AV environments.

The dark housing is particularly suitable for installations where the camera needs to blend with displays, mounts, ceilings, or other AV equipment.
