The Vaddio ConferenceSHOT AV Bundle with CeilingMIC Microphone is a complete professional conferencing solution designed for small to medium-sized meeting rooms, conference spaces, and unified communications environments. Combining a black ConferenceSHOT AV HD PTZ camera with a white CeilingMIC ceiling-mounted microphone, the system delivers professional-quality video and full-room audio while keeping conference tables free of microphones and unnecessary cabling.
Designed for straightforward deployment, ConferenceSHOT AV integrates a 10x zoom HD PTZ camera and audio conferencing mixer into a single USB 3.0 device. The system can operate as a standalone conferencing solution or integrate with an existing AV and network infrastructure.
The bundle includes the ConferenceSHOT AV camera, CeilingMIC microphone, CeilingMIC interface box, ceiling installation hardware, trim plates, tile brace, cable clamp, and the required power, USB, and Cat 5 cabling.
Professional USB Conferencing
ConferenceSHOT AV turns a compatible BYOD computer into a professional unified communications system without relying on conventional webcam-based room solutions.
Its USB 3.0 connection provides simple integration with popular conferencing platforms, including:

- WebEx
- Google Meet
- Skype for Business
- Other compatible UCC applications
The camera is UVC compliant, eliminating the need to install external drivers on the connected PC. Simply connect the system to a compatible computer and select it from the conferencing application.
Integrated HD PTZ Camera
At the heart of the system is Vaddio's ConferenceSHOT AV camera, which combines professional PTZ imaging with room audio processing in a single conferencing device.
The integrated 10x zoom HD PTZ camera provides greater framing flexibility than a conventional fixed webcam, making it suitable for capturing individual speakers, conference tables, and groups throughout small and medium-sized rooms.
Integrated Audio Conferencing Mixer
ConferenceSHOT AV incorporates an audio conferencing mixer directly into the camera, simplifying the design of a complete room system.
Up to two compatible microphones and an external speaker can be connected directly to the camera, reducing the need for separate audio processing equipment in compatible installations.
The system can also accommodate customized AV designs using third-party equipment when a more specialized room configuration is required.
CeilingMIC 360° Room Coverage
The included white Vaddio CeilingMIC moves the microphone off the conference table and onto the ceiling, providing a clean, uncluttered room appearance while maintaining broad voice pickup.
Its three-element microphone array provides 360° pickup coverage and a frequency response of 100 Hz to 16 kHz.
Each unidirectional cardioid microphone element incorporates integrated echo cancellation and Digital Signal Processing (DSP), including equalization, filtering, and automatic gain control.

Designed for Clean Ceiling Installation
CeilingMIC is designed for both drop-tile and open-ceiling installations, allowing it to accommodate a variety of conference-room architectures.
The microphone supports a drop-down cable length of up to 15' and a cable distance of up to 100' between the interface box and connected device using Cat 5 cable.
Its cloth-wrapped microphone body features geometry designed to improve audio pickup while maintaining a professional appearance.
A two-piece ceiling trim plate can be installed after the rest of the microphone installation has been completed, helping simplify deployment and finishing.
EasyMIC Compatibility
The CeilingMIC works with compatible Vaddio products equipped with an EasyMIC port, including:
