The Vaddio ConferenceSHOT AV Bundle with 2 TableMICs & HDMI Audio Embedder is a complete professional conferencing solution designed for small to medium-sized meeting rooms, conference spaces, and BYOD collaboration environments. The bundle combines a black ConferenceSHOT AV PTZ Camera, two black TableMIC tabletop microphones, and a Vaddio HDMI Audio Embedder Kit to provide professional PTZ video, expanded tabletop audio coverage, and convenient playback of far-end conference audio through an HDMI display's built-in speakers.
ConferenceSHOT AV integrates a 10x zoom HD PTZ camera and audio conferencing mixer into a single USB 3.0 device, allowing compatible microphones and room audio equipment to connect directly to the camera. Its plug-and-play design works with major UCC applications including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet, Skype for Business, and other compatible conferencing platforms.
Professional USB Conferencing
ConferenceSHOT AV transforms a compatible BYOD computer into a professional room-based unified communications system, providing a substantial upgrade over conventional webcam and computer-microphone conferencing setups.

Integrated HD PTZ Camera
At the center of the bundle is the black Vaddio ConferenceSHOT AV Camera, combining professional PTZ imaging with integrated audio conferencing capabilities.
Its 10x zoom HD PTZ camera provides the framing flexibility needed to capture an entire meeting space or move in for a closer view of individual participants and presenters.
Unlike a basic webcam-based solution, ConferenceSHOT AV is designed specifically for professional room conferencing where camera positioning, audio integration, and centralized system management are important.
Integrated Audio Conferencing Mixer
ConferenceSHOT AV incorporates an audio conferencing mixer directly into the camera, simplifying system design and reducing the amount of separate AV equipment required.
The camera can accommodate up to two compatible microphones and an external speaker, making it possible to create an integrated room audio system around the ConferenceSHOT AV platform.
This bundle takes advantage of both microphone connections by including two Vaddio TableMIC microphones for expanded room coverage.
Dual TableMIC 360° Coverage
Two black Vaddio TableMIC microphones are included to provide broad tabletop voice pickup throughout the meeting space.
Each TableMIC incorporates three unidirectional condenser microphone elements arranged to provide 360° pickup coverage. Using two microphones allows the system to extend audio coverage across larger conference tables and spaces where participants may be distributed throughout the room.

Each cardioid microphone element incorporates integrated echo cancellation and DSP processing to help maintain clear, intelligible speech during conference calls.
Designed to Reduce Table Noise
The TableMIC uses a solid metal base and specially engineered feet to reduce vibrations transferred through the conference table.
This construction helps minimize distracting sounds caused by movement and contact with the table, providing cleaner audio for participants at both ends of the conference.
Capacitive Touch Controls
Each TableMIC incorporates a capacitive touch-control surface for quiet operation during meetings.
Available controls include:
- Mute/unmute

Because the controls are capacitive, users can operate them without the mechanical clicking noises associated with conventional buttons.

HDMI Audio Embedder
The included Vaddio HDMI Audio Embedder Kit provides a convenient way to use an HDMI display's built-in speakers for conference audio.
Far-end audio from the ConferenceSHOT AV camera's audio output is routed to the audio embedder, which embeds the signal into the HDMI feed going to the display.
This eliminates the need for a separate external speaker when the connected HDMI display provides suitable built-in speakers.
Simplified Room Audio
The HDMI Audio Embedder is particularly useful in conference rooms where a wall-mounted display already provides adequate speakers.
Rather than adding a dedicated conference-room speaker, the system can route far-end audio through the display, reducing the number of components required for the installation.
The embedder kit includes the required interface and cabling for supported ConferenceSHOT AV installations.
