The Vaddio ConferenceSHOT AV Bundle-CeilingMIC 2 is a complete professional videoconferencing solution that combines a black ConferenceSHOT AV PTZ Camera with two white CeilingMIC microphones. Designed for small to medium-sized conference rooms and collaborative spaces, the system provides Full HD video, flexible PTZ control, and broad ceiling-mounted microphone coverage while keeping conference tables clear of audio equipment.

With plug-and-play compatibility for popular UCC platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, WebEx, and Skype, the ConferenceSHOT AV system provides an integrated solution for corporate meetings, remote collaboration, training, and other professional conferencing applications.

Note: An external speaker is not included.

Full HD ConferenceSHOT AV PTZ Camera

The ConferenceSHOT AV features a 1/2.8"-type Exmor image sensor and delivers Full HD video for professional conferencing and network streaming.

Video can be transmitted over USB 3.0 at resolutions up to 1920 x 1080p30, while IP streaming supports resolutions up to 1920 x 1080p60.

The camera can simultaneously provide UVC video over USB 3.0 and H.264 IP video using RTSP, allowing it to support both local conferencing and network-based video workflows.

10x Optical Zoom and Wide-Angle Coverage

The integrated PTZ system provides the flexibility required to frame both groups and individual participants throughout a conference room.

The camera offers a 10x optical zoom along with an 11x Super-Wide optical zoom range, providing a horizontal field of view of up to approximately 74° at wide angle and 7.6° at full zoom.

This bundle includes two Vaddio CeilingMIC microphones, providing expanded overhead microphone coverage for meeting spaces.

Each CeilingMIC uses a three-element microphone array with full 360° pickup coverage, helping capture participants around the room while eliminating microphones and associated cabling from the conference table.

This integrated design reduces the amount of separate audio equipment required and helps simplify installation.

CeilingMIC is also compatible with other Vaddio products equipped with EasyMIC connectivity, including:

Clean, Uncluttered Meeting Spaces

By positioning both microphones overhead, the CeilingMIC system eliminates the need to place microphone pods on the meeting table.

The microphones are designed for drop-tile ceilings and open-ceiling environments and feature cloth-wrapped bodies with geometry optimized for audio pickup.

Each CeilingMIC supports a microphone drop of up to 15' and up to 100' of Cat 5 cable distance between its interface box and connected device.

Simplified Ceiling Installation

Each CeilingMIC includes installation components designed to streamline deployment in professional meeting environments.

A two-piece trim plate can be installed after the rest of the microphone installation has been completed, while the split strain-relief boot provides convenient access to the microphone cable connector.

PoE+ Camera Power

The ConferenceSHOT AV camera supports PoE+, allowing compatible network infrastructure to provide power through the Ethernet connection.

This provides additional mounting flexibility because the camera does not have to be installed near a conventional AC outlet when connected to compatible PoE+ infrastructure.

Browser-Based Camera Management

A built-in web-based interface allows the ConferenceSHOT AV to be controlled and configured through a compatible browser.

Network connectivity enables remote camera access and control from a connected computer, while the included IR remote provides convenient local operation.
