Digital Progressive Scanning

Proprietary SANYO digital progressive scanning technology doubles the video information sent to the projector, significantly enhancing video-image detail and resolution. Each pixel is monitored using SANYO’s original motion detection algorithm to ensure increased vertical resolution and sharper moving images.

Digital Realized Video Scaling

SANYO’s advanced digital signal processing circuit and automatic color correction circuit work together to ensure the highest color accuracy possible. This dramatically enhances image-edge detail, delivering superior video quality.

Power Lens Shift

The power lens shift feature allows for easy vertical image alignment when two projectors are twin-stacked. This ensures precise and convenient image placement.

Digital Keystone Correction

SANYO’s digital keystone correction feature compensates for angled projector placement by digitally altering the pixels to produce undistorted images. This ensures a perfect rectangular image regardless of projector angle.

Digital Visual Interface (DVI)

The PLC-XP30 provides improved connectivity with a direct digital PC connection through DVI. Offering true plug-and-play compatibility, DVI accepts both digital and analog signals while eliminating noise, ghosting, and complicated setup adjustments.

HDTV Compatibility

The SANYO PLC-XP30 is High Definition Television compatible, accepting the 1080i, 1035i, 720p, 575p, 575i, 480p, and 480i HDTV resolution standards. This ensures compatibility with various high-definition formats for a superior viewing experience.

Whisper Quiet Fan

The PLC-XP30 features a new Whisper Quiet fan that produces an impressively low noise level of only 39 dBA, ensuring minimal distraction during use.

Optional Lenses

While the standard lens provided with the PLC-XP30 offers flexibility for a wide variety of applications, optional wide-zoom and long-zoom lenses are also available to provide even greater flexibility for specific needs.
