The Z2-B model, with its 2-zone, 60-watt configuration, is ideally suited for businesses of all types that require sound masking, paging, and background music functionality. It offers two zones of 70V output and can operate in multiple configuration modes. It can be used for two-zone indirect field sound masking, covering an area of up to 7000 square feet. Alternatively, it can be set up as a single zone for direct field sound masking, or one zone can be dedicated to indirect sound masking while the other serves for paging and background music.

The Z2-B unit provides flexibility in terms of mounting options, offering in-wall, surface mount, or rack mount configurations. Once installed, all hardware and wiring are conveniently located behind the secure front panel, allowing integrators to centrally position and manage the wiring without the need for an additional cabinet. The front panel display facilitates system programming and provides end user control after installation.

To ensure optimal performance, the unit comes preconfigured with sound masking filter presets selected by renowned sound masking expert Dr. Bob Chanaud. Users can easily select the preset that best matches their specific installation type. Additionally, custom presets can be configured using the included PC project design software and loaded via the front panel USB port, providing further flexibility and customization options.
