The Sony SRG-AS10 UHD 4K60 PTZ Camera combines AI-powered auto-framing, a highly sensitive STARVIS image sensor, 10x optical zoom, and professional IP connectivity to capture smooth, natural-looking video without requiring a dedicated camera operator. Designed for corporate presentations, education, live streaming, sports, and professional AV environments, the SRG-AS10 automatically tracks subjects while maintaining balanced, professional compositions.
With UHD 4K60 recording, NDI HX2, SDI, HDMI, PoE++, and multiple streaming protocols, the SRG-AS10 provides the image quality and integration flexibility needed for modern production and presentation workflows.
The SRG-AS10 uses advanced AI video analytics to recognize, track, and automatically frame subjects as they move.
Sony's proprietary algorithm can identify the intended subject even when multiple people appear within the camera's field of view, helping maintain natural-looking compositions without requiring an operator to continuously control pan, tilt, and zoom.
AI Auto-Framing is ideal for:
A highly sensitive STARVIS image sensor enables the SRG-AS10 to capture detailed, low-noise UHD 4K video at up to 60 fps.
Its high sensitivity helps maintain clear images in challenging lighting conditions, while 4K60 capture provides smooth reproduction of movement. This makes the camera particularly useful for capturing presenters, demonstrations, and fast-moving sports action.
The SRG-AS10 features a 10x optical zoom, providing flexibility for framing subjects at different distances while maintaining image quality.
For Full HD applications, Tele Convert Mode provides up to 20x zoom at 1080p, extending the camera's reach for larger rooms and more distant subjects.
Designed for professional AV and IP production environments, the SRG-AS10 provides a versatile selection of video and network connectivity options.
The camera supports:
These options allow the SRG-AS10 to integrate into traditional AV systems as well as modern IP-based streaming and production workflows.
Support for PoE++ (Power over Ethernet) simplifies professional installations by allowing compatible systems to transmit power, video, and control over a single LAN cable.
This can reduce cabling requirements and simplify installation in classrooms, conference rooms, auditoriums, and other permanent AV environments.
For indoor sports applications, the SRG-AS10 includes a specialized Ball Sports mode.
This mode enables the camera to automatically track a basketball and players during an indoor 5-on-5 basketball game, making the camera suitable for automated sports capture and streaming applications where a dedicated camera operator may not be available.
The Fixed Angle Position function allows operators to define a specific area that the camera maintains during auto-framing.
For example, the camera can maintain a predetermined presentation area even if a speaker temporarily steps away from a lectern. This provides greater control over how automated framing behaves in structured presentation environments.
Sony's redesigned motor system provides smoother and more natural pan and tilt movements.
This helps automated camera movement appear less mechanical and creates more polished transitions when following presenters, instructors, athletes, and other moving subjects.
An integrated tally lamp provides presenters, talent, and production crews with an easy visual indication of the camera's current operating status.
This visual feedback is especially useful in live production, streaming, lecture capture, and multi-camera environments.
